The hotel room was clean. The air conditioner worked very well. I had a wonderful stay. The location of this hotel is in the city center. It has walking distance to the riverside, national museum, and royal palace.
I noticed some noise in the hallway at times. This sometimes disturbed the quiet atmosphere. I hope the hotel management can address this issue.

The location was convenient! I found a handy grocery store just around the corner. The staff was really friendly and made sure my laundry was returned to me quickly, which I very much appreciated. That was a real bonus.
I did not try the food, I think it could have been better.

The staff carried my luggage so I felt very welcomed. The hotel is located near various restaurants I found quite convenient. The room was nice and neat, therefore I slept soundly. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I was glad.
The street outside was a little noisy at times. I could still sleep though.

the beautiful king room had a super comfortable king bed, i slept so well! the air conditioning worked perfectly. and the hot water kettle in the room was really convenient for making tea. the mattress felt soft, which i definitely appreciated after a long day.
the location was a little noisy at night, but i quickly got used to it.
